Recipe Ingredients:
500g mantis prawn meat1 pack
4-6 pcs garlic chop in small pieces
5 dry chillies, chopped
2 onions, chopped
2 eggs
3 tsp cone flour
cooking oil

½ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar


Thaw mantis prawn pack in the air for 2 hours. If you want it thaw quicker, sink it in water for 20 minutes.

Here with mantis prawn meat that carefully arranged.

Marinate it with some cone flour for 10 minutes.

All these ingredient should ready.


Preheat oil in your frying pan or skillet on medium or medium-high heat; add in marinated mantis prawn one by one.


Deep-fry into hot oil until crispy or golden in colour. Remove and keep aside.


Preheat 2-3 tsp of oil, then add in chopped onion and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.


Add chopped dry chilli and mince garlic and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes

Add eggs and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes

Add in pre-fried mantis prawn and seasoning (salt & sugar). Stirring constantly over high heat until aromatic. Dish up. Serve hot.
