Chilli Prawn Recipe辣椒虾

Ingredients

1kgs small prawn  (cleaned)
3 - 4 x piece garlic (chopped in small)
2 x egg
3 - 4 tsp oil

Seasoning

1 tsp salt
2 tsp dry chili puree

Thaw frozen prawn in room temperature for 2-3 hours or thaw it faster in water tank for 20 minutes. Chop it small then.

Heat up the wok and put in chopped prawn and cook it till prawn heated up. Remove fishy water and cook prawn dry as picture 7 below.

Heat up 3-4 tsp oil and add in minced garlic and dry chili puree when oil are boiled. Add in eggs and fried for 2 minutes till it turn into golden color as picture 5. Add in prawn and fried it for 2-3 minutes.
