Steam White Pomfret清蒸白鲳

Ingredients

1 x  550grams White Pomfret
Some Shredded ginger
2 - 3 tsp saute onion oil
3 - 4 cup water

Seasoning

3 - 4 tsp soy sauce

Thaw white pomfret in room temperature for 2-3 hours or thaw it faster in water tank for 20 minutes.
Remove scales and devein white pomfret and place it in stainless steel plate to send for steam.

Drip 2 - 3 tsp saute onion oil on top of the fish and put the shredded ginger on top of it.
Pour water into wok and top up the steaming plate and put in the White Pomfret.
Heat up with hot gas and cover it, let the fish steam for 8-10 minutes.

Once done, drip on 3-4 tsp soy saurce on top of it and cover it back then stifling without gas for another 2 -3 minutes.

Dinner begin.... Yeah !!!
