Steam White Snapper原味蒸白枣

Ingredients

1 Whole White Snapper (without cleaning)

Some Salt (to smear the whole fish)
1 liter water for steaming purpose

To remain original taste of a white snapper, you can steam it directly after thaw, do not clean it!

You may surprise with this method, but this steam method is very common in fishing village as they can easily get very fresh seafood supply.

Wash it with running water, smear salt to whole fish and put on steaming plate.

Steam it for 15 minutes, depends on the size of the fish.

Quickly, you can enjoy a nice and fresh steam fish with the original juice fish and meat.


Tips

You may sprinkle the snapper with salt before steam or service with soy sauce to bring you the best taste.
