700 grams Sea Cucumber  (cut in small slice)
2 X Chicken thigh (cut in small pieces)
3 - 4 pieces garlic (chopped)
3 X Leeks  (cut into short)
1 Cup Water
3 - 4 tsp oil


1/2 tsp salt   
1/4 tsp Ajinomoto

Our sea cucumber is previous frozen (believe this same to you), thaw Sea Cucumber in room temperature for 2-3 hours or immersed in water for 20 minutes to thaw it faster.

Clean leeks(葱蒜)in running water, this step is important to make sure sand are cleaned from leaf. Cut it into short, around 2 inches each.

For sea cucumber, cut it into slice and soak it in warm water to make it more palatable.

After about 10 minutes, remove slice sea cucumber from warm water and dried on a plate.


Heat up the wok with 3 - 4 tsp oil, put in minced garlic. As soon as minced garlic turn into brown color, add in chickens.
