2 x 300grams Grouper
3 - 4 x pieces garlic (chopped in small)
2 x onion (chopped in pieces)
1 small cup water
1/2 cup of oil (to deep fried groupers)

3-4 tsp tomato sauce
3-4 tsp chili sauce
2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2-3 tsp oil (cook onion and seasoning)

Grouper can be thawed by placing it in the refrigerator while still in its package. If you need the grouper to thaw a little more quickly, you can place it under running water or sink it in a container. Using running water usually helps the fish to thaw within 30 minutes.

After thaw, remove the scales, remove the vein and strip both site (make it quicker cook while pan-fried later).

While oil heated upl, slowly place gourpers in the wok. Be careful on this step as oil may splashes due to  water drop from grouper instillation in oil.

You may use absorbing paper to absorb the water on the grouper before putting for pan-fried to reduce the splashes.

Alternatively, close your wok with cover during frying the grouper.
